Choose your connection

Follow only the section for your device. Start with one phone.

Physical phone: start with USB

  1. On the phone, find Build number under Settings → About phone and tap it repeatedly until developer mode is enabled. The location varies by manufacturer; search the phone settings for Developer options.
  2. Enable USB debugging in Developer options. Xiaomi devices may also require Install via USB and USB debugging (Security settings).
  3. Unlock the phone and connect it to your computer with a USB cable that supports data transfer.
  4. When the phone asks to allow USB debugging, verify it is your computer and tap Allow.
  5. Open Devices in the desktop app and wait for a phone card. On first connection, the app automatically installs its Agent, the helper that controls the phone. Respond to installation prompts on the phone if needed.

Check: a phone card and screen appear. After Agent initialization, the card shows Ready.

Cloud phone: use your existing connection details

  1. Start one phone in your cloud phone manager. Get its ADB address, port, and any connection code required by the provider.
  2. In TikMatrix / IgMatrix, open Scan TCP Device → Cloud Phone List.
  3. Click Add, enter the name, IP address, port and connection code, then save. Use the actual details from your provider.
  4. Click the connection button beside that phone and wait for its card.

Check: the cloud phone screen appears and shows Ready after initialization. Authentication varies by provider; see the cloud connection reference when you need more detail.

Check that you can control it

  1. Click one device number in the left panel.
  2. Check that the selected count is 1. Selecting a device reveals the bottom General / ADB Commands / Scripts toolbar.
  3. Double-click the phone card to open its larger screen. Open an ordinary app such as the phone's Settings from that screen.

Check: clicking on the computer changes the phone's screen. You have completed the connection stage.
